I tool my Mom and Father-in-law to this park on Boxing Day 05. It was really clean then and still looks pretty good from your pics. As I recall there were also some small animals and birds around there. As for what Carrie says, yeah maybe its changed since I was there but I never really thought much of Shenzhen - I muched preferred the travelling the interior of China and as a visitor much preferred Chendu and Nanjing.
