beautiful Hong Kong at night

Following is a summary of the posts of my little sister’s visit to Hong Kong.

Based on that and my personal experience, I have a suggested itinerary for a 7 days visit to HK combining all that’s wonderful about Hong Kong :

  1. Day 0 – Upon arrival next to the airport – Ngong Ping 360, Big Buddha, Cable car.
  2. Day 1 – Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok
    1. Museums – Hong Kong Museum of History
    2. Kowloon Park
    3. Mongkok shopping – Ladies Market, Flower Market, Fish Market etc.
    4. Symphony of Lights at Avenue of Stars
  3. Day 2 – Lamma Island
  4. Day 3 – HK Island
    1. During daytime – Hong Kong Ocean Park
    2. Afternoon/evening – Stanley market and area
  5. Day 4 – Cheung Chau Island
  6. Day 5 – Central
    1. HK Park & Zoological/Botanical Gardens
    2. Peak Tram
    3. Midlevel escalators up and a slow way down through Soho
    4. Evening/night at Lan Kwai Fong
  7. Day 6

i would recommend the island trail, just about one hour’s walk on the peak, but a lot to see up there.
