Hong Kong Island’s Central hosts a number of terrific tourists attractions. It takes some time getting used to all the urban landscape and how small you feel. On the third day of my little sister’s visit to Hong Kong, we spent the day touring Central, Hong Kong Park and taking the tram up to Victoria’s Peak.

Central is all just very big and shiny with huge commercial buildings but there are also some beautiful green spots. The Hong Kong Park is an amazing example of how lovely parks can get when the local municipalities get to work. It hosts a huge aviary jungle with a variety of birds and plants.

Not too far away from Hong Kong Park is the old tram going up to Victoria’s Peak.

At the peak is Madame Tussaud’s Hong Kong branch.

The view of Central Hong Kong from the peak is spectacular.

A touristic delight.
