During holidays and weekends it’s packed with immigrants and you can hardly find an empty spot to sit down, but during the week it’s quite empty and nice to walk around in.
On my little sister’s second day, we strolled slowly through the park. There were Chinese gardens and ponds…
The Kowloon Park Aviary…
A cool public outdoor pool you walk right through…
Across the street is the old British consulate… (if I remember right)
There’s also a highly active mosque for the local Muslim community.
Everywhere in the park – groups of people were practicing Gong Fu and Tai Chi.
