Blogger meetup in Taipei

Just a quick note on a blogger meetup that took place in Taipei the other weekend. Most of the attending bloggers I didn’t know, but when I saw the Bushman and David saying they’ll come I figured that since I’m in Taipei anyways might as well make my way there before heading back to Tainan. Textura design, I think, were the folks running the show.

It was interesting seeing Jerome Keating, and finally meeting up and having a chat with Mark, the Bushman and his wife. People were, I think, a bit different than what I imagined they would be just by reading their blogs. David was tucked away between the photography & biking bloggers…

  • It was a fun meet-up. I had no idea so many people who's blogs I'd read would be there. Meeting Jerome was a big surprise. MJ's party in Hukou last night was pretty good, too.

  • Chloris - if you were already back in Taiwan, you should have definitely made an effort to come. Two reason : One - you're a Taiwanese blogger. As far as I know, we were all expats. Two - you're a gal. Would have made our little male get-together a bit funkier. :P ;)
  • Fili- haha sure, if you guys make another gathering, im in tw til 11/10 , acutally im also kinda curious about those bloggers lol .
  • wait.. and you are really in hk ?! by the way, the world ranking for that school you mention (avarage of the reliable ones) is 29th, not bad~ i actually broght a page of paper to show you from hk news paper.
