It is. Tainan’s a fascinating place and if you’re living in Taiwan and haven’t been to Tainan yet, I strongly recommend that you come.
What’s to see and do here? while visiting the very impressive Tainan Science Park last week we were presented with a great package of English language Tainan promotion videos and booklets that just have to be spread out and made more available for the world to see.
I’ve been told there are no copyrights so I ripped the DVD, uploaded it to Google Video (which screwed it up a bit) and although quality isn’t all that good it does give a great introduction to this terrific city.
