I'd suggest coming down here to Tainan while semester is still running and attend a few classes, talk to some of the students 1on1. I suggest you do the same with NTU, NCCU etc. If you want me to suggest a class, I'd be more than happy to (Monday, 6:10pm, Guang-Fu campus, College of Management, 4th floor, room 62410). Internship opportunities - there are a few doing things in ChiMei and the likes during the summer break, but I'm not sure how that works exactly. I can get you in touch with the person in charge. Expensive as it may be, I think it would be worth it. I've heard good things about their Global MBA program, and they offer a few scholarships that you can apply to as well. For example, if we talk about political science,business and humanity studying, National ChungChi university has a major position in Taiwan; regarding pure or computer science, Tsing Hua and Chiao Tung unviersities are on the top, some of the majors are even better than those in National Taiwan University.
