The Israeli Ministry of Industry Trade and Labor has an interesting website on the business relations between Israel and China.
Israel’s Trade Mission to China is a professional unit of the Foreign Trade Administration in the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, which was established in order to promote, enhance and facilitate the economic and trade cooperation between Israel and China. The Trade Mission is responsible for Trade policy issues, such us economic & trade agreements and trade barriers, and Trade promotion, such as business information, business seminars and delegations, exhibitions, meeting scheduling and other tailor made services that are aimed to promote bilateral trade.
In this website you can find information about the Chinese economy, doing business in China, business overviews of various sectors, business opportunities, upcoming events and more. You can also subscribe online to one of our professional newsletters to receive periodical news and updates of various sectors in China.
One of the services this site provides is a bi-weekly newsletter with the latest news about the Chinese economy and the China-Israel relations. This evening I received a new newsletter, with headlines like - "U.S. files trade complaint against China with the WTO" ; "MOFCOM will issue regulation to supervise foreign merging activities" ; "China set to become biggest exporter in 2008" ; "China’s increases its R&D Spending in 2006 to 1.4% of GDP" etc. This newsletter also included news about the Israel-China Bilateral Relations :

I find this newsletter to be a very good summary, and I often find myself looking up news summaries that I’ve found there. The website has some other very valuable information for the Israelis (and other foreigners) interested in doing business with China.
