Add the China/Taiwan Blog Search to your IE/Firefox web-browser
Last weekend I introduced the China and Taiwan Blog Search tools. Due to extremely positive feedback, I’ve added a very simple way to add this search to your personal web-browser, on either Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) and Mozilla Firefox 2 (FF2) which both have intergrated search toolbars.

It quite simple. I’ve tweaked automatic installation for anybody visiting my blog. Some of you might have noticed that your search toolbars look a bit different now - they’re highlighted, which means they discovered the new search engines I added. Here’s what it looks like :

Notice the orange color on the right marked by my red circle? That’s auto-discovery for IE7.
To try out the search, just change the search engine to the China or Taiwan Blog Search :
After changing the search engine, just type in a search phrase in the search box and the results from the China/Taiwan Blog Search will come up.
If you want to permanently add this search to your IE7, choose "Add Search Providers" and select the engine you want to add (as marked with a red circle). It should look something like this :

If you want to add the China/Taiwan Blog Search to your FF2, press on the highlighted button and select the engine you want to add (as marked with a red circle). It should look something like this :

Hope that helps. If you have any comments, bug-reports, or other suggestions. I would be happy to try and implement those and make your China/Taiwan blogging a bit easier.
