(Very loosely translated from Hebrew)
Blogging communities like Israblog or Tapuz are already well-known but there are a few Israeli bloggers who are hidden away, hosted on private servers and who are a little harder to find.Israelated, a new Israeli blogging community, aims at promoting interesting content according to readers’ recommendations : http://hebrew.israelated.com
Israeli bloggers writing in English : http://www.israelated.com
The first blog to cover the site was Starter (“Israelated launched”) , Hanan Cohen followed (“Finally, something’s starting to happen”) and then the Paradox wrote a very positive review (“Very relevant!”). In 3 days the site registered dozens of users with lots of readers coming in everyday. Now it’s in printed and online press.
I built that site in such a hurry that it still has lots of bugs and spelling mistakes, not to mention the ugliest design ever, so I’m a little embarrassed. I’m pleased that people enjoy using it… I just hope the site doesn’t crash today… :P

I beg to differ, I had Hana by 26 minutes :)
I think you’re gaining from the fact that a lot of the independant hebrew bloggers are news reporters (Lior Haner, anyone?)
