This post will include some quick links to Asian related interesting stories that I found on the web recently. It's the least I can do to show my appreciation for the interesting things that I find in the blogs that I read almost everyday:

  • How many bloggers are there in China? China Digital Times quotes the CNNIC report suggesting that there are 7.7 million active bloggers in China, estimated to reach 10 million by the end of the year.
  • Talk Talk China finds another fine addition to his hilarious Chinese Death List.
  • PanAsianBiz writes about an interesting survey comparing the Chinese American views with the general American public on American-Sino relations and the question of the One-China policy and Taiwan.
  • The China-Daily newspaper mentioned that "Skinny model ban fallout continues in Israel, India".
  • Chinese professors' paychecks explored on the Shanghaiist.
  • Since IT security is my field, here's SDA Asia's "China Experiencing Worst IT Security Problems of All Emerging Markets"
  • ESWN is on a sex-related posting roll. Last few posts had some quirky stories, with one being about erotic photos posted in a public hospital to promote sex education and the second showing tension between Japanese and Chinese caused by a new Japanese adult game referring to a Chinese classical novel.
