I'm a strong believer in "Social Web", sometimes termed Web 2.0. I think Wikis are brilliant, I adore del.icio.us, I'm a big fan of blogging, tagging, information sharing and collaborative projects. Digg is one of those great Social Web tools that allows tagging news on the web and discussing it.
Only reason why I'm mentioning this is that lately I've started seeing Chinese culture blogs use a new very cool tool/project a famous China blogger Ryan set up - called Hao Hao.
Hao Hao is a Digg compatible news tagging site for blogs about Chinese and China related stuff. Based on Pligg, Hao Hao is offering a solution to information collaboration about China/Chinese related material. Simple, clever, extraordinary.
It'll be interesting to see how this site builds up.
LATER ADDITION:
Ryan's got a wonderful blog/vblog, but this one vblog post just blew me off my chair. I got a glance at it in Zhang Yimou films, I've heard about it, but this is the first time I actually got to see it. YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS ONE - "Morning exercise".
Amazing.

Alright, I know it’s a little un-stylish to be the first to comment on such an ego stroking post… but I just wanted to say thanks for the shout out. It’s good to see people are getting into the spirit of The Hao Hao Report, and I 100% agree with you about Social Web… it’s the future of communication and community - it’s neat to see it growing a little bit each day.

[...] Or, HaoHao [Alexarank: 900,000], a social bookmarking site *about* China, but *in* English (tip of the hat to Filination where I picked this one up). [...]
